Al-Hayat Al-Jadidah newspaper quoted Chairman of the InternetAuthority, Dr. Jihad al-Wazir, who announced in late November 2002the appointment of the Board of Directors of the Authority inaccordance with the decision of PA Chairman Yassir Arafat. The Boardof Directors will be composed of representatives from the governmentand private sectors, information technology companies, Internetservice supply companies, judicial authorities, and institutions ofhigher learning.
